We understand that musical theatre can be an intimidating art form. That’s why we’ve created a one-of-a-kind student membership program to help students discover and ultimately master the performing skills and character qualities that are needed to navigate musical theatre.

With busy families in mind, students enjoy unlimited drop in classes throughout the week in singing, dancing, acting, audition prep and more. The subscription based model makes the cost of our classes about 75% less than the classes at dance studios in our neighborhood.

HOW IT WORKS

Here’s how it works. Start by finding a class your child wants to attend. Fill out the form so we know you’re coming and we will send you instructions for what to bring, what your child should wear and all the other important details. And that’s it! We can’t wait to meet you!

  2. Note your child’s level

    • 8-12 starts in Level 1

    • 13-18 starts in Level 2

  3. Receive your confirmation and arrival instructions

  4. Experience The Academy at Shine

FAQs

 

  • A bottle of water

    Singing class-  Sheet music for a 16-32 bar cut. If you don’t have one, that’s ok too. 

    Dance classes- Jazz shoes for jazz. Tap shoes for tap. Ballet shoes for ballet.

  • Athletic tops and leggings or dance wear is the best option for all classes. You will never go wrong with jazz pants and a tshirt.

  • You are welcome to stay or leave. Most of our rehearsal rooms have windows so that you may watch class if you would like.

  • All classes are 55 minutes long.
